You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use 66ExCrypto. By using our services you confirm that you meet these requirements and are not barred from doing so under the laws of your jurisdiction.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and identity verification, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

66ExCrypto provides tools to buy, sell, store, swap and transfer digital assets. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Digital assets are volatile and their value can fall as well as rise. Nothing on 66ExCrypto constitutes financial, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions, and you should seek independent advice where appropriate. You may lose some or all of the value of your assets.

When you use the self-custody 66ExCrypto Wallet, you alone control your private keys and recovery phrase. We cannot recover them for you. Losing your recovery phrase may result in permanent loss of access to your assets.

Applicable trading fees and network costs are displayed before you confirm a transaction. We may update our fees from time to time; the current schedule is always available within the app.

You may not use 66ExCrypto to engage in fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, financing of illegal activity, or any breach of applicable law. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

All content, trademarks, logos and software on 66ExCrypto are owned by 66ex Crypto Limited or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our permission.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 66ex Crypto Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

You may stop using 66ExCrypto at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access where required by law or where you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of 66ExCrypto after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
